In this month's event, the current Cape Town lead organiser, Ugo, will talk about "Gradle Convention Plugins: DRYing your Gradle Configuration in a MultiModule Android App". He'll aim to provide hands-on guide to taming the complexity of Gradle scripts when building multi-module android apps.

Thereafter, our guest speaker, Christopher de Layton-Melville, will present his talk on "The Experience Conundrum".  This talk aims to empower first and early-stage job seekers by addressing the challenges of gaining relevant working experience. The speaker will delve into strategies for effectively showcasing education and life experiences to stand out to potential employers. He'll also provide practical tips for successful job hunting, interviewing, and navigating the initial stages of employment or internships. Additionally, insights into global employment challenges will be shared, shedding light on innovative approaches to tackle youth unemployment.
