This is a free workshop where you will be building a traffic Light with Raspberry Pi.

Raspberry Pi is a card sized computer commonly used in IoT projects. It is often used as a tool to teach programming.

This workshop will be hands-on: you will be building a simple traffic light circuit, and then programming the Raspberry Pi to interact with the circuit.

Date: Friday, 18th October 2019
Time: 7:00pm to 9:30pm

Prerequisites:
No programming experience is required. Participants will be split into two groups: those who know Python and those who don’t. Please state which group you would like to join in the RSVP form.

Please bring:
Your laptop with the following installed:
-Python3
-For Windows 8 Users Only: Putty
-Laptop charger
-Your enthusiasm!
