DevFest Brunei is back!

DevFest is back this year! GDG and WTM Brunei will be holding our annual Developer Festival on Sunday, 4th December 2022, from 8 am to 5 pm. Join us for talks and workshops by international and local speakers, and local showcases from startups, entrepreneurs, hobbyists, and companies!

GDG Brunei DevFest 2022 aims to bring together the tech community of Brunei and provide a platform for you to showcase your skills, to network, and learn from each other. The event is free for everyone to attend, and we aim to make it inclusive for everyone, regardless of experience level.

Event Details

The event will be hosted in hybrid format, which means you can attend in-person or virtually! We would love to meet you in-person however if you are not feeling well, please stay at home and join us virtually. More information and activities can be found at bit.ly/devfest22-info.

Event Activities

1. Breakfast Networking Session (only from 8AM-8.50AM!)
• 🥐 ☕️On the hunt to find developers to collaborate with? Looking to chat with fellow tech enthusiasts? Or just want free food and get your daily coffee fix? Head over to the iCenter Lobby for the Breakfast Networking session! This session will start as early as 8am and ends at 9am. 
2. Series of Talks and Workshops
• 🎙️The day will be pack with multiple talks and workshops. All free for the public to join! Agenda can be found below. 
3. Project Showcase
• ⚙️Come support local tech talents and learn more about their projects! Who knows, maybe you'll find developers you could potentially collaborate with!
4. BYOBaju 
• ♻️Have a piece of clothing that you no longer use? Drop by our upcycling station where you can give your unused clothes a second life by adding iron-on patches onto them!
