To have an effective participation you must know a programming knowledge preferably Javascript ( It is okay if you do not know JS, you can still participate if you know any other programming language ). Since it is you who will build Google Assistant App, so prior to the event you need to do some homework about what is Google Assistant and how to build Actions on Google. Trust me, it is super easy.
