She has been writing code for more than 7 years, mostly for Android. Florina keeps a strong focus on clean code and UI/UX. Previous work covered payment solutions at payleven and navigation services at Garmin. Florina is also one of the main contributors to the Android Architectural Blueprints maintained by Google. Elena has been working in tech recruitment for more than 3 years. She finished her degree in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour in the UK and started her career with an American Software company based in the UK as a talent acquisition expert and later team lead. In 2015, she moved to Berlin and worked with Zalando’s tech teams for 1 year as a tech recruiter. Last summer she went travelling for few months before returning to Berlin and joining Talent.io as a talent advocate, advising the best engineers on landing their dream job.
