19:00-19:25 Networking over drinks and pizza

19:25-19:30 Welcome words

19:30-20:00 Go and Parquet / Andreas Krennmair

20:00-20:30 Announcements, HR lost & found, break

20:30-21:00 Practical authentication and authorization for external facing service mesh applications / Siim Kaspar Uustalu

A service mesh like Istio is focused on making interservice communication seamless within its service ecosystem, while working with ingress traffic is not that batteries included.
In this talk we'll look at how to use Go to roll an extendable open source and standards based solution to offload much of the burden of authentication and authorization to the service mesh from external facing services.

21:00-end Networking
