AGENDA

19:00-19:25 Networking over your home beverage+drinks
(we're using Slido)

19:25-19:30 Welcome words

19:30-20:00 Pair Programming - Elephant in the room / Sowmya Guru

There are mostly two reactions among devs to Pair Programming. One of love or hate. Sowmya decided to dissect the problem and address the elephant in the room. For a dev of any level initially, the idea could be quite daunting. Pair programming is a skill that can be developed just like any other skill. In this talk we will be touching topics that explain - Why pair programming is not as hard as it sounds and how to pair program to get maximum benefit out of it.

20:00-20:30 Announcements, HR lost & found, break

20:30-21:00 Building TUI interfaces for the web / Andrey Baranov

As SRE at Le Wagon I work on building and maintaining sandboxed programming environments for coding students.
My recent research led to a fun project https://progapanda.org that I also open-sourced on GitHub (https://github.com/progapandist/progapanda.org).
There, I use a TUI library written in Go to develop a "frontend" for a website.

21:00-end Networking
