About this event

Our last meetup before the Google IO will have several interesting topics and will take place at the Sound Cloud Headquarter in the Factory Berlin.

We're happy to have Karolina Kafel and Guillaume Lung give an Introduction to LightCycle. LightCycle is a small library recently open sourced by our team at SoundCloud. It helps break the code out of Activities and Fragment classes and move it to small, self-contained components called Lifecyles.

Our Second presentation is by Caroline Smith and Lydia Selimalhigazi about "We are all on Team UX".

Description:

Designers and developers can make a powerful team, but we’ve noticed that sometimes miscommunication or differing perspectives can keep the product from reaching its full potential. This talk gives you practical tools to facilitate productive communication between developers and designers & increase the overall user experience of your products. Gain insight into how designers think and work, and learn some methods to have more effective working relationships between designers and developers.

Of course there will be plenty of time to have a drink and talk about everything Android afterwards.
