WTM Explore, is an initiative of Women Techmakers Benin, that seeks to address gender imbalance in technology roles in Benin City.

The aim is to foster an inclusive development environment where women in tech, can be themselves and do their best work. It is also about creating the right environment – an environment filled with exciting challenges that require innovative solutions so women can share their ideas, thoughts and perspectives to build the best ideas for competitive success.
