Anemari Fiser

I have been in tech for 10 years, building my career by coding, leading, coaching, mentoring, and training.

I now use all these skills to help you level up your tech career.

Most people say that the only way to progress in your tech career is by developing more and more of your technical skills.

I went from a Software Engineer, to Tech Lead, to Product Director in 3 years by doing the reverse and focusing on developing my non-tech skills.

Applying this principle, I have supported more than 500 people at different stages in their tech careers over the past 3 years as a full time Career Coach and Trainer.

Sarah Watremet

After 6 years working as HRBP, I decided to drop HR and learn to become a Software Developer. I then started my training at Ada Tech School in October 2021. The school offers 9 months of full-time training, and then 1 year of apprenticeship in a company (4 days at work / 1 day at school).

I've had the opportunity to go back to Back Market for my apprenticeship, which ended in September 2023, and I'm now Associate iOS Engineer, still at Back Market.

Denise Norões

Growth Marketing generalist with experience in planning and executing go-to-market strategies using a performance marketing approach, primarily for B2B and SaaS products.

Past experiences include startups and consultancy client-facing roles for tech companies, as well as advertising for clients like EA Games, Napster, Warner, and Bradesco.

Holding an MBA in Behavioral Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications. Completed the EduTECH incubator program at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and an intensive bootcamp for Product Management at AllWomen.

Network leader at LeanIn Barcelona, managing projects and events, and helping to foster a community committed to the cause of women's financial empowerment.
