1:30 PM	Opening and Welcoming Speech	Introduction about GDG and WTM. And Launching Women TechMakers Bahir Dar: International Women's Day Summit 2021.
2:00 PM	Accelerating SOTA AI Research With TPUs: CLOUD TPU and TFRC	SOTA models require a great amount of computing power, which is multiplied during the research due to model versions and ablation studies. Although Cloud TPUs provides a great speedup, hard to grasp when compared to GPUs. Discussion covers problems in TPU training and overcoming them, demonstrating a lightweight helper library for hardware-agnostic training, getting support for research from TFRC.
