Android 11 Meetups is events aimed for Android developers who are interested in making sure their apps/games work well on the latest release of Android and want to avoid any breaking changes.

Yohannes is an experienced software developer focusing on Android and full stack JavaScript apps. He believes he has impacted the community by providing several useful apps which enable users to learn, communicate, express and grow using technology. Among his apps, FynGeez keyboard is the most successful app which is widely used by many Ethiopians to type in Amharic,Afaan Oromoo, Tigrigna, Somali languages and recently passed 1 million downloads on Google play store.

In this global pandemic time, He also collaborated with other Ethiopians to contribute to the fight against covid19 by joining a group of tech professionals on the 'Africa COVID-19 Response Toolkit'.

He is currently working on projects to provide homegrown solutions on ecommerce, taxi hailing and other services.

In the future, he envisions to establish the largest tech company to create software solution in health, agriculture, education, commerce, transportation. By doing so creating successful business to empower both the community and the economy by improving quality of services as well as creating jobs.
