It's also a call to action for accelerating gender equity. For 2022, our theme is #ProgressNotPerfection which celebrates all kinds of progress; big or small, and the strength of not letting fear hold us back from following our dreams.

About this event

During March and April, Women Techmakers Ambassadors and Google Developer Group communities will host events around the theme #ProgressNotPerfection. They will be the first one to set the tone on our perspectives of work culture and ethics. As we progress and become leaders ourselves, do we have what it takes to lead the new generation of people in technology to become future leaders?
Kathleen Criselle Reverente, "WIP: Why I Pursue a Tech Career"	WIP is an abbreviation used referring to Work in Progress status in some tech projects. The one big message is about wherever you are in your career/life stage right now, you are not alone in a work in progress status. The discussion/talk will be about the lessons learned from shifting careers to Non-Tech to a Data Career.
Carol Bernadette Domalsin, "An Exciting Journey in Agri Robotics, AI and IoT"	The presentation takes a look at Project ARCHIE, the persons behind the technologies, and the incredible journey the team is boarding on.
