Women Techmakers IWD events around the world are tailored to local communities of women in technology and may feature hands-on coding workshops, inspiring speakers, and networking opportunities. Our yearly theme acts as a guiding principle for all events, and our Ambassadors creatively interpret and adapt the theme for their community. For 2022, our theme is #ProgressNotPerfection which celebrates all kinds of progress - big or small - and the strength we demonstrate in not letting fear hold us back from following our dreams.
