A general introduction to RxJava, followed by some practical applications of RxJava in Android development.

"Reactive" is a major buzzword in the software development industry these days, and RxJava is one of many popular frameworks. RxJava was built out by Netflix and contributed to the open source community where it has been extended for many uses, including for use specifically in Android development. We will start with a basic introduction to RxJava and how it works. With a base of knowledge under our belts, we'll delve into some of the ways that you can leverage RxJava in Android development to make your life as a developer easier and to improve your code.
