This month Todd DeLand will give a quick demo of his app Ann Arbor Bus Locator, which uses data from the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (TheRide) and Google Maps. After the demo, he will show how to get started with Google Maps using the latest Google APIs for Android and plotting some data. Food will be provided by Arbormoon Software at 6:30, with the presentation starting at 7:00. About the presenter Todd DeLand is a software engineer, and father from Ann Arbor. He works at Above the Treeline primarily using .NET, and in his spare time on various Android projects. He enjoys keeping up on technology and finding ways to integrate it with daily life.
