About this event

Women in STEM fields can experience bias that negatively influences their progress 📉 and participation in the field ❌
"Break the Stereotype" is a WTM Algiers project that aim to inform you of those factors perpetuating gaps that lead to systematically tracking away women and limiting their access to opportunities.
Among these biases, we can mention : 
Prove it again 
Unconscious bias
Rather hard working than talented
STEM is nerdy
