RunBooks are used to provide observability and remediate issues that arise in your Cloud platform. By documenting these steps, knowledge transfer across your team is accelerated (assuming that your RunBooks are constantly updated). Automating your RunBooks goes even further - no longer do you have a collection of scripts and steps, but one workflow to run and resolve your issues.

In this talk, we'll create automated workflows for common DevOps tasks. To accelerate the process, we'll "pair program" with popular AI ChatBots to help create our code.
