About this event

Have you heard that 30% of new businesses fail in the first two years?

Starting a new business has risk, but what if you were able to increase your chances of success? In this talk we will cover ways to gain the necessary skills to become a successful entrepreneur and even get paid while doing it. No, I won't be paying you, but I will teach you what you can do to mitigate the risk and how to be paid while building your own company.

During this talk we will cover legal protections to resources that are available, and everything else in between. For example, did you know that the Computer Software Copyright Act automatically grants copyright protection to your computer programs? This is just one example of the type of the legal protections we will cover, but owning a business isn’t just about legal stuff as you’ll find out. If you are thinking about starting a business but not sure how to get started, let me help guide you on this journey to become a successful entrepreneur.
