當我們談論性騷擾時，許多人會將其視為個別事件，甚至合理化為「誤會」或歸咎於受害者，導致許多人選擇沉默。然而，性騷擾並非孤立的問題，而是深植於社會結構中的現象，存在於職場、社交場合、學校、網路，甚至熟人之間。

#MeToo 運動揭露了它的普遍性，讓我們意識到這不是少數人的遭遇，而是長期被忽視的現實。沉默不會讓問題消失，反而助長傷害。如果我們希望改變，必須勇於正視、討論，並支持彼此。學會辨識、勇敢應對、共同發聲，才能打造更安全、更尊重的社會。

When we talk about sexual harassment, many dismiss it as an isolated incident or misunderstand it as a “miscommunication,” often shifting the blame onto the victim. As a result, many choose to remain silent. However, sexual harassment is not just an individual experience—it is a systemic issue embedded in society, occurring in workplaces, social settings, schools, online spaces, and even among acquaintances.

The #MeToo movement has exposed its widespread nature, revealing that this is not just a rare occurrence but a long-overlooked reality. Silence doesn’t make the problem disappear—it allows the harm to continue. If we want change, we must acknowledge the issue, speak up, and support one another. By learning to recognize harassment, responding with courage, and standing together, we can build a safer and more respectful society.
