Today, Web developer, SEO experts are everywhere.

By 2028, the same will be true for Automation Strategists, AI Agent Builders, and AI Automation Experts.

But a serious challenge lies ahead.

Just as many struggle with unemployment today, this problem is likely to intensify by 2028.

Simply claiming “I know AI” will no longer be sufficient.

Real expertise will be essential.

And here is the critical truth:

Expertise cannot be delivered by a course.

No mentor can install it in your mind.

True expertise is forged through:

1. Years of deliberate practice

2. Continuous testing and refinement

3. Independently diagnosing and fixing errors

4. Solving real-world problems

5. Deep, sustained learning

6. And above all failing repeatedly and choosing to continue

I believe interviews in 2028 may look something like this:

“We will provide you with an LLM and a fixed token budget.

The same problem will be given to ten candidates.

The candidate who delivers the most effective solution while consuming the fewest tokens will be hired.”

On that day, certificates will carry little weight.

The courses you completed or the number of YouTube tutorials you watched will not matter.

There will be only one question that counts:

How effectively can you solve real problems while using the least resources?

In the future, everyone will use AI.

But only a small number of people will consistently extract maximum results with minimum resources.

Those individuals will be in the highest demand.

The future belongs to those with genuine expertise not those who merely hold certificates.
