I am Victor Moustapha Kourouma, Google Cloud Expert (ranked Top 24 globally) and Founder & CEO of Diaspora Mondiale Santé (DMS Intelligence).
I am excited to join the GDG San Francisco chapter. As part of our technological initiatives, we build advanced architectures leveraging Google Cloud and agentic AI for digitizing, processing, and analyzing health and pharmacopeia data.
