The easiest way is to catch city bus that starts from outside of railway station or telibandha chowk it will take you till naya raipur iiit but make sure to confirm that the bus goes there because few bus does and others doesn't. Also if it doesn't go till sector 27 and from there you can contact agrawal store they provide scooty on rent.
