AI has significantly improved the way I approach both academic and personal projects. As a Computer Science student, I use AI to speed up research, generate code prototypes, debug programs, summarize technical documentation, and automate repetitive tasks. This has allowed me to spend more time on problem-solving and innovation rather than routine work.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was learning how to use AI effectively instead of relying on it blindly. I overcame this by verifying AI-generated outputs, studying the underlying concepts, and treating AI as a collaborative assistant rather than a replacement for critical thinking.

From my experience, the best practices are to start with small automation tasks, validate AI-generated results, protect sensitive data, and continuously learn about new AI tools and techniques. When used responsibly, AI can greatly enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and enable individuals and organizations to deliver better results in less time.
