really dissapointing

Hi Karthik,

Here are the details.

  • What steps have you taken or plan to take to secure your spot for the upcoming event?

A: Usually completing registration and consistently keeping check for any emails.

  • How do you usually receive notifications about our events, and is there a preferred method for you?

A: Mostly through emails or the website notifications. Preference for emails as I have a better chance of getting notified of updates early on.

  • Have you faced any challenges in getting updates about our events? How can we improve our communication with community members?

Not really, because expectations were clearly set. But to be on the safer side, I can probably suggest a managed community group on WhatsApp or any other preferable IMS app (Signal, Telegram, etc).

BTW, I'd also like to thank the organizers for the amazing event on 13 Dec. Thoroughly enjoyed the learning, networking opportunities, and being part of a GDGC event. This is also probably the first time where I've seen that the audience got a chance to introduce themselves in a conference. It was a great experience with a good speaker line-up.
