Do systems actually learn from past problems?
Public quantum platforms are now open to many users, which is exciting. But I’m curious…do these platforms actually learn from repeated job failures or inefficiencies, or do they mostly just recover and wait for humans to set automation rule and fix them again?
What does “learning” even mean in system design?
Would love to hear how others think about this.
