I’m Kuldeep Pisda, Organiser of DevFest Raipur 2025 with GDG Raipur — thank you for registering and being part of this journey. Your energy has blown past our expectations (we were expecting ~300; we now have ~1,700+) and that’s fantastic.
Because the attendee count has grown so much, our costs have risen too: venue, meals, swag, ID-cards, infrastructure, we want to bring you the best experience. Rather than cutting what matters, we’d like to ask for your input on a small contribution to make things smoother, the goodies meaningful, and the whole day comfortable.
We’ve prepared a short 30-second survey (link below) to ask: which tier would you be comfortable with?
The tiers are:
Tier A: ₹201-₹300 — Entry + standard goodies, no T-shirt
Tier B: ₹301-₹400 — Entry + standard goodies + enhanced swag
Tier C: ₹401-₹500 — Entry + T-shirt included + premium goodies
Free Event: I’m okay with no goodies and just basic food
Why this matters:
Enables full-day meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks) so you’re fed and ready.
Lets us offer branded ID-cards, quality swag, a comfortable venue and a strong infrastructure.
Helps fund the conference better (note: we will also use it to support the hackathon track), so everything runs smoothly.
