Christelle Pandja is currently a Data Analyst and Trainer at Code for Africa. She is charged with coordinating the WanaData and Hack / hackers Cameroon communities, training and mentoring journalists among other roles. Christelle has always been passionate about technologies and data analysis. She taught computer science at a private high school after her studies in computer science at the University of Yaoundé 1. Given her interest in technologies, she joined the GDG Yaoundé community in 2016. later became the Women Techmakers Yaoundé lead having been strongly involved in its activities. Christelle would later be appointed Mentor Women Techmakers of Central Africa in 2020 for her involvement in the engagement of women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) in Francophone Africa. Her community involvement saw her join the NGO Afroleadership where she actively participates in training in data journalism and data visualization. From March to September 2020, she has been part of the team responsible for ensuring the digital transition for continuity of lessons and evaluations at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Yaoundé 1 after the closure of the campus following the COVID19 pandemic. In February 2020, she followed a training course at AIMS-Cameroon in Data science.
