Taraz is supposedly the oldest city in Kazakhstan, thus this is a must see to understand/know more. The International techno park Astana hub in the person of Zhambyl hub together with the Department of Digitalization of Zhambyl region Akimat and International Taraz Innovation Institute named after Sherkhan Murtaza plan to hold a large-scale festival Google DevFEST for students & IT specialists.
