Our mission is to partner with local educational institutions and businesses to support the region’s new talent and seasoned veterans in the technology industry. We want to be a catalyst and a resource for a self-sustaining ecosystem of career growth and networking. Our decisions as a community are influenced first and foremost by optimal opportunities for us to provide training, networking, and mentor-ship to our members and the larger community we serve and represent.

We want to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for our students and professionals. Our events and programs are centered around peer learning and career growth, providing numerous networking opportunities with leaders in the local economy. Our members are encouraged to be a resource to each other, walking through their technology journey with others to mentor and support them.
