Payment Policies
Commitment Fee for Events: Spots for our events are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your reservation, we require a commitment fee. This fee will be fully returned to you in cash on the day of the event upon your attendance. If you are unable to attend, the commitment fee will be forfeited and used as a guarantee for the venue rental
Merchandise & Paid Event Tickets: All sales for merchandise and paid event tickets will be announced through our official Instagram (
@gdgjakarta). Merchandise will be distributed on the day of the event. Please note that if you are unable to attend, we will not provide any kind of refund or merchandise delivery for any reason.
Payment Verification
CRUCIAL: All official payment requests will ONLY come from our verified emails (info@gdgjakarta.org or info@gdgjakarta.com). Any payment request originating from other emails or platforms is invalid and not from us.
