Good Afternoon Samarth,

It seems that the tide of the pandemic has shifted society into the virtual world. However, I believe that the value of in-person resources, priority when asking questions, and the emotional connection you get when interacting with the speaker is invaluable, which has resulted in a shift back. Even still, due to the modern world's easy access to resources and opportunities, I believe not everyone has the space to devote time to all of them at once.

Thus, I consider hybrid learning to be the best approach, for it takes into consideration people's ability to come to the meetings based on their schedules, whilst still allowing them the opportunity to showcase their demonstrated interest in the materials and learn something new. This also works for the in-person attendees as I often find that the virtual listeners do not detract from the oral presentation at hand.

TLDR: Hybrid is the way to go!
