We are happy to announce a meetup for Android Natives. Together with Women Techmakers Zuerich and Swisscom Technologies, we have the chance to give you the opportunity to learn up to date best practices on android development.

* What to expect
Besides Flutter and Kotlin, things are still changing in the android world. With this meetup we would like to give you the possibility to learn about best practices from a performance perspective.

• What we'll do
This event will be split in two parts. As a warm up, there will be a session shown from the Google IO 2018 about Advanced Topics on Android - "Protips: a fresh look at advanced topics for Android experts". After this warm up we are very happy to welcome our speaker of the evening Doug Sillars on his talk “Performance of Mobile Apps” - A talk that goes over best practices, and shows examples of how improvements made mobile apps run better. After this session, feel free to ask questions to Doug and there will also be time for social networking.
