She will talk about some of the tools and techniques used at GetYourGuide to identify potential problems and solutions, how to create buy-in with the team and Product Manager, how to create transparency around the design process, and some techniques to ensure quality implementation.

About Speakers:

Cansu is a Product Designer Manager living in Berlin. Currently working at GetYourGuide, she had previously led the digital product design team at HelloFresh. She believes that the key to building great products is through engaged teams working on problems that really matter to them and their users. The way designers are trained to think can be a major facilitator in this quest.

Iulia is based in Switzerland currently leading Product Management Festival, one of the biggest product management conference and education provider in Europe and APAC. Before that she was Head of Product Management at the security provider CyberGhost VPN, one of the biggest Romanian exits estimated at EUR 9.2 million.
Before starting in product management, Iulia studied engineering and worked as a software developer. Some of her passions include hiking, cooking and technology innovation.
