Join GDG Tulsa and Techlahoma for our first workshop together. Techlahoma is a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Oklahoma’s technology communities through events, education, and opportunities for developers, makers, and tech enthusiasts to connect and grow. Through local meetups, community programs, and partnerships, Techlahoma helps strengthen the technology ecosystem across the state.

Leading this session alongside GDG is Sam Carlton—a Techlahoma Board Member, software engineer, and open-source developer based in Tulsa.

We’re excited to partner with Techlahoma for the first time and bring our communities together for a hands-on workshop focused on learning, collaboration, and building connections within Tulsa’s growing tech community.

We'll introduce the opportunities available through GDG, including hands-on AI workshops, technical talks, Build with AI events, certification study groups, hackathons, DevFest, and ways to connect with developers, mentors, and speakers throughout the year. These programs reflect the broader Google Developer Groups ecosystem and upcoming community initiatives.

Whether you're a student, professional developer, career changer, or simply interested in technology, you're welcome. No prior experience is required.
