Google Summer of Code (GSoC) は、世界的なオンラインメンターシッププログラムです。これまでに22,000人以上の貢献者が、オープンソース開発について学び、非常に価値のあるスキルを身につけ、報酬も得ています！このプログラムは、オープンソースへの新しい貢献者（多くの場合、キャリアの初期段階にある専門家）や、大学生を対象としています。

2026年で、このプログラムは22年目を迎えます！貢献者の応募は3月に開始されますが、早めに情報収集を始めることが、GSoCに採択される可能性を大幅に高めます。GSoCプログラムリーダーのステファニー・テイラーとメアリー・ラドマイルによる講演にご参加ください。プログラムに関する一般的な情報と、採択されるためのヒントやコツをご紹介します。

ステファニー・テイラーは、Google Summer of Code（GSoC）プログラムを率いています。GSoCは、2026年で、開発者をオープンソースソフトウェア開発に導く22年目を迎えます。ステファニーは、2011年からGoogleのオープンソースプログラムオフィスに所属しており、世界中の熱意ある開発者をオープンソースコミュニティに迎え入れることに尽力しています。そこでは、経験豊富な開発者の指導を受けながら、彼らが成長しスキルを構築することができます。

Google Summer Of Code - Kickstart Your Open Source Journey with Google!

Google Summer of Code (GSoC) is a global online mentorship program where over 22,000 contributors have learned about open source development while developing invaluable skills and earning money! The program is open to new contributors to open source (often early career professionals) and to University students.

2026 will be the 22nd year of the program! Contributor applications open in March but reaching out early will significantly increase your chances of being accepted into GSoC. Join us for a talk by GSoC Program Leads, Stephanie Taylor and Mary Radomile for general info and tips and tricks to being accepted into the program.

Stephanie Taylor leads the Google Summer of Code program, which in 2026 will be in its 22nd year of introducing developers to open source software development. Stephanie has been at Google in the Open Source Programs Office since 2011 and is dedicated to bringing enthusiastic developers from all around the globe into open source communities where they can thrive and build their skills while being mentored by experienced developers.
