"Break the Pattern" 為 2026 年國際婦女節主題，由 TECHNOVATION.org 發起的年度重要活動之一。今年主題 Break the Pattern (打破慣性/打破格局) 是向 "一直以來都如此" 的自己告別。它邀請我們去察覺日常生活當中的隱形偏見與限制。這不只是一場關於改變的對話，更是一次主動打破框架、重塑科技規則的行動。當我們有勇氣打破那些重複已久的模式，我們就不只是在適應未來，而是在親手定義未來。

  像妳一樣，在科技公司擔任策略、營運或社群領導角色的人。他們常面臨冒名頂替症候群，但卻是改寫職場文化與定義產品包容性的關鍵推手。他們參加是為了打破技術即一切的慣性。Individuals who, like yourself, hold strategic, operational, or community leadership roles within tech companies. They often navigate "Imposter Syndrome" but are pivotal in rewriting workplace culture and defining product inclusivity. They attend to break the "tech-only" pattern.

  準備進入科技業的新人或正在轉職路上的探索者。他們需要像職涯導師這樣的引路人，幫助他們在進入產業前就建立正確的心理建設，學會識別並避開那些職場鬼故事。Newcomers or career changers preparing to enter the tech sector. They look for guides—like a "Career Mentor"—to help them build the right mindset and learn how to identify and dodge "workplace horror stories" before they even start.

• 現場提供飲水機，需自備容器。Please prepare your water and drinks.
