Welcome to Build with Gemma: AI With Care.
This is a fun, hands-on GDG Surrey community lab where participants use Gemma to test when AI helps, when it creates risk, and when human, low-tech, or no-AI choices are better.
This is not just another app-building hackathon. Teams may build a demo, workflow, prompt method, learning activity, checklist, guide, lightweight prototype, decision tree, or other reusable responsible-AI resource.
The goal is not to use AI because it is trending. The goal is to explore where AI adds real value, where it creates risk, and where simpler, more human, or more sustainable choices may serve people better.
You will work in teams or individually, choose a real-world AI-use scenario, use Gemma meaningfully, test your idea with safe and anonymous feedback, and submit your final project through a Kaggle Writeup.
Invitation invite would be sent to interested participants.
