11:00 AM	Building a Multi-agent System	by Gia Lim, Customer Engineer @ Google. This workshop dives into the evolution of AI from standalone chatbots to sophisticated, distributed multi-agent systems. Using a hands-on approach, you will build specialized agents that collaborates with each other. You’ll master complex orchestration patterns like feedback loops for quality control and sequential pipelines for content generation, all while gaining practical experience with tool-use, Pydantic structured outputs, and the Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol. By the end of the session, you will have moved from local development with the ADK to deploying a self-correcting, production-ready system on Google Cloud Run.

Shift your AI agents from local experiments to high-octane enterprise tools in this hands-on workshop focused on Google-managed Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. You will learn how to build production-ready systems that securely interface with Google services without the overhead of managing infrastructure. By the end of the session, you’ll be equipped to deploy scalable, observable, and enterprise-grade agentic applications on Google Cloud Run.
12:10 PM	CLI-First AI: Using Command-Line Tools to Power Smarter Content Strategy	by Hairizuan, Google Developer Expert. Everyone is rushing to build MCP servers and browser integrations for their AI agents — but sometimes the humble CLI is the smarter choice. In this session, Hairizuan will walk through how he wired a pre-built AI agent to two simple CLI tools: one pulling Google Analytics data, another querying Google Search Console. No servers, no OAuth dance on every run, just composable, scriptable, auditable pipelines. The result? An agent that reads what your audience is actually searching for and generating blog topic ideas grounded in real traffic signals — not vibes. We'll cover when CLIs beat MCP, and when they don't.
