Registration Terms & Conditions – Google Developers Fest Salem 2025

1. Registration Timing

Registration Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Registration closes sharply at 10:00 AM

Late arrivals will not be allowed to register

2. Registration Desks

Three dedicated registration desks will be available

Attendees must proceed to the assigned desk

Volunteers will assist with queue management

3. Entry & Verification

Valid registration confirmation is mandatory

Event pass or QR code must be presented

Entry is permitted only after successful verification

4. T-Shirt Distribution

T-shirts will be issued only after verification

Distribution is based on token or group allocation

Size availability is limited and subject to stock

No exchanges will be allowed

5. Badge & Access

Event badges must be worn at all times

Badge is required for:

Session entry

Food counters

Activity zones

Lost badges will not be reissued

6. Code of Conduct

Follow instructions from volunteers and organizers

Maintain respectful and professional behavior

Misconduct may result in removal from the venue

7. Photography & Media

The event will be photographed and recorded

Attendance implies consent for promotional use

8. Safety & Security

Security checks are mandatory

Prohibited items are not allowed

Emergency exits must remain unblocked

9. Organizer Rights

Organizers may modify schedules

Entry may be denied for violations

All organizer decisions are final
