A collaboration between GDGoC Exeter and the Digital Policy Society on AI Safety & policy. Serving as the launch of the Digital Policy Society annual policy contest, getting participants to write a policy brief on issues related to AI governance, cyber warfare or the development of digital infrastructure. This will be followed by a session from Lorenzo Satta Chiris on AI safety, to engage our participants and help them develop their ideas for the contest. Further discussion will be on how Google Gemini engages with AI governance, and on the potential for our users to get help from Gemini during this contest.
