Join us for an insightful talk from the CTO of the Bristol-based company StackHPC,  Stig Telfer! He’ll be discussing who and what StackHPC is, including the kind of work that goes on.  He’ll delve into the ins-and-outs of Opensource Cloud Infrastructure and much more, including the Bristol tech scene and its recent history. There’ll be information about careers, and plenty of time for questions after. Make sure you stay for some pizza and networking after!

How to get there:

1)      Go in the main entrance of Queen’s Building (opposite Royal Fort Gardens, on Tankard’s Close)

2)      Once through the UCard gates, turn right and immediately go up the stairs

3)      Go right, past Pugsley and continue straight through the doors

4)      1.15 will be the first lecture theatre on the right in the corridor
