Join us for a workshop dedicated to gaining a deeper understanding of how our club functions behind the scenes. The goal of this session is to give members a clearer insight into team roles, communication processes, decision-making, and collaboration between subteams.

Through interactive activities and short discussions, participants will have the opportunity to:

• get to know members from other teams better,

• understand how tasks and responsibilities are distributed,

• share their opinions and experiences,

• propose ideas for improving teamwork and communication,

• develop a stronger sense of belonging and engagement within the club.

This workshop is intended for all GDG on Campus members, especially new members who want to get involved more quickly, as well as current members who want to strengthen cross-team collaboration.

Our aim is to create an open, supportive environment where everyone can express themselves, ask questions, and take a step toward building a stronger team culture.
