Welcome to the GDG on Campus Intro Session for the 2026/2027 academic year, an exciting opening event designed to welcome new organization members and launch an inspiring new chapter of technology, collaboration, and community growth. This engaging introductory gathering brings together passionate students, aspiring developers, and tech enthusiasts to explore everything our chapter has to offer, providing a comprehensive look into the diverse teams, exciting projects, and upcoming initiatives planned for the year ahead.

A core highlight of the session is the official leadership presentation, where new members will have the unique opportunity to meet all presidents, vice presidents, and core team leads. Each department head will introduce their specific functional roles, share their vision, and explain how members can get actively involved in technical workshops, hackathons, and community-driven projects. This transparent overview ensures that everyone understands the inner workings of the organization and can find the exact path that aligns with their personal and professional interests.

Beyond the formal presentations, the event is heavily focused on community building and meaningful networking. Through a series of interactive icebreakers, team-building challenges, and dynamic HR activities, new members will get to know one another, break the ice, and form strong connections that will last throughout their university journey and beyond. Whether you are looking to sharpen your technical skills, collaborate on innovative software solutions, or simply expand your circle with like-minded peers, the GDG on Campus Intro Session is the perfect starting point to plug into a thriving tech ecosystem.
