About this event

Build an app with Google's Antigravity in one afternoon

Google Antigravity is Google's agent-first development platform. Instead of writing every line yourself, you direct AI agents that plan, code, test and even click through your app in a browser. In this hands-on workshop, we'll guide you through building an app using Antigravity and stop at each step to explore Antigravity features.

No prior coding experience needed. If you can describe what you want, you can build it.

What you'll learn

  • Directing agents with Agent Manager

  • Letting the agent question you before it begins (using /grill-me)

  • Reviewing and commenting on the agent's plan before any code is written

  • Using the browser agent to test your app for you

  • Running multiple agents in parallel

Agenda 14:00 Arrival and setup, 14:15 Intro & live demo, 14:30 Guided build, 16:00 Free build, 16:30 Show and tell (voluntary), 16:45 wrap up

Before you come

  1. Bring your own laptop (and charger)

  2. Install Google Antigravity and sign in with your personal Google (gmail) account

  3. Create a free Gemini API key at Google AI Studio

  4. Be careful not to use up Antigravity's free agent allowance in the days before the event, as it resets weekly

  5. RSVP so we know how many people to expect
