Learn cybersecurity in an interactive, hands-on way.
In Partnership with Cybersecurity Society Sydney (CSS) we introduce: Bug Bounty: Gruyère Workshops which is a cybersecurity treasure hunt that introduces students to real-world attack techniques and gives them the opportunity to apply these concepts against intentionally vulnerable websites.
What to expect
Escape room-style structure
Unlike traditional Capture the Flag (CTF) competitions where all challenges are available at once, this experience is linear. You must solve one challenge to unlock the next.
Hands-on web exploitation
Each challenge is a deliberately insecure website that can be compromised purely through browser interaction, without any source code inspection.
Attacker-focused thinking
Participants will discover vulnerabilities by thinking like an attacker rather than a developer.
Who is this for?
Students interested in cybersecurity with a competitive mindset
Individuals with basic coding knowledge looking for a practical, applied experience
Important: Please bring your laptop.
