Join us for a hands-on workshop where we'll train a machine learning model from scratch using PyTorch. We'll walk through the core ideas behind supervised learning, datasets, loss functions, and how models learn from their mistakes, then build and train a model step-by-step together. No prior ML experience required! We'll also show examples of extending models with CNNs, encoder/decoder architectures, and transformers.

This workshop kicks off our Hack Week: after the session, you'll have the week to build your own ML project, and we'll host a demo day the following week where everyone can show off what they created!
