As part of our OnCampus Connect series, we hosted a special Alumni Session designed to bring current members together with graduates who once shaped this community. Rather than inviting only external speakers, we chose to feature our own GDG on Campus TEDU alumni, individuals who once stood where our members stand today and have since advanced into the industry. Listening to their career journeys and hearing what they have achieved after graduation created a uniquely powerful and inspiring atmosphere. For many of our participants, seeing real examples of where this community can lead helped them feel that their effort, learning, and involvement truly matter. It reinforced the idea that this path works, that the GDG ecosystem opens doors, accelerates growth, and offers real opportunities for those who commit to it. The event offered space not only to learn, but also to believe; to see future versions of ourselves in the people who once walked the same campus halls. We supported this meaningful experience with a warm, conversational setting where participants could ask questions, connect personally, and reflect on their own aspirations over tea and coffee. Overall, the session served as a reminder that community is not just about events, it is about continuity, shared ambition, and the inspiration that passes from one generation of students to the next.
