How to Work Your Git: Classroom Essentials is a beginner-friendly workshop designed to introduce students to Git and GitHub, two essential tools widely used in software development and collaborative projects. Through guided demonstrations and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how version control works, how teams collaborate efficiently on projects, and how Git can simplify assignments, coding projects, and future development work. The session will be conducted by Kaviraj Vijayanthiran, Software Engineer at Ideagen and Sunway University software engineering graduate, with experience in AI tools, GitHub management, and award-winning hackathon projects.
