🚀 HackVerse Hackathon – Campaign 2 is officially in progress.
We invite you to participate in the Kick-off & Orientation Session organized by GDG On Campus SATI Vidisha. This session is designed to provide comprehensive insights into the essentials of your hackathon journey.

The objective of this session is to furnish participants with clear understanding regarding the hackathon theme, rules, schedule, submission procedures, and the utilization of Google technologies.

🔍 Introduction to HackVerse Hackathon

HackVerse represents an innovation-centered hackathon focused on Open Innovation. It encourages participants to identify genuine societal challenges and develop meaningful solutions using Google Technologies.

All activities related to registrations, team management, and submissions are coordinated through the Hack2Skill platform.

🎯 Hackathon Theme: Open Innovation

The participants are encouraged to:

• Identify authentic problems within society, campus, or community

• Develop solutions pertinent to:

  • Smart cities

  • Sustainability

  • Improved access to healthcare & education

  • Safety, productivity, or social impact

• Propose innovative ideas with practical real-world applications

🛠 Mandatory Requirement: Google Technology

Projects must integrate at least one Google technology, including:

• Google Gemini / Gemini API

• Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Hosting)

• Google Cloud Platform

• Google AI Studio

• Any other pertinent Google tool

Teams should clearly elucidate the methodology and context for the use of the selected Google technology.

• 1 to 4 members per team

• 13 January – Kick-off & Orientation Session

• 15 January – Registration Closes (Hack2Skill)

• 18 January – AI Tools & Prototyping Workshop

• 20 January – Project Submission Deadline

• 21 January – Mentorship & Internal Evaluation

• 22 January – Top 10 Teams Announcement

• 25 January – Final Presentation Round

• 27 January – Result Declaration

📦 Submission Requirements

(All submissions via Hack2Skill)

Participants must submit:

• Project PPT (official template)

• Minimum Viable Product (MVP) link

• 3-minute demo video

• GitHub repository link

• List of Google technologies utilized

• List of AI tools integrated

• Solution description (maximum 100 words)

📌 Note:
Only projects created after 1st December 2025 will be accepted.

• Innovation & idea quality – 15

• Technical feasibility – 15

• Solution impact – 10

• Effective application of Google technology – 10
